Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use alflaylabath.com or book a treatment with Alf Layla Turkish Bath, Al-Madina Al-Monawara Street 191, Amman, Jordan. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

Please give your real name and a phone number we can reach you on, and choose the correct number of guests for the ladies’ and men’s sections, which are separate. A booking is confirmed once it is shown as confirmed on screen and, if you gave an email address, in your confirmation email.

Please try to arrive about 10 minutes before your time. If you are running late, that is fine; just call us to let us know and we will still welcome you.

Prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and are the prices shown when you book. If you pay online, the full amount is charged to your card at the time of booking.

Online payments are processed by MEPS PayTabs. You enter your card details on their secure payment page, not on this website, and we never see or store your full card number.

All payments are final and non-refundable. No refund will be given, in whole or in part, in cash or to your card, for any reason.

This includes cancelling a booking, changing your mind, not arriving at all, leaving early, and treatments you booked but did not use.

By paying, you agree that you will not ask your bank to reverse the payment for any of these reasons. If a payment is disputed, we will give the bank your booking record and these terms.

Moving a booking to another day or time is not guaranteed. If you call us before your appointment, we may agree to move it at our discretion and subject to availability, and a moved booking remains non-refundable.

If the bath has to close, or cannot provide a treatment you have paid for, we will contact you and move your booking to another date and time of your choice.

If a technical error charges you more than once for the same booking, the extra charge is not a payment for a service and will be reversed to the card you used.

Please tell us before your treatment about any medical condition, pregnancy, allergy or recent surgery. Heat, steam and massage are not suitable for everyone, and if you are unsure you should ask your doctor before booking.

Please follow staff instructions and respect other guests. We may refuse or stop a treatment for anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate, and no refund is due in that case. Please do not bring valuables; the bath is not responsible for items left unattended.

The text, photos and videos on this website belong to Alf Layla Turkish Bath and may not be copied without our permission. We keep the information on the site accurate, but treatments and prices can change; the price you paid for a confirmed booking will not change.

As far as the law allows, our liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under Jordanian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
